This week, The Circle features 21-year-old Sashtri Vivekananda, an Advance Diploma in Visual Communications student at Raffles Design institute. As he introduces himself to us, he shows us some of his arresting creations. I have always been interested in design. It's something I have always to do since I was seven-years-old.

Amir Ali, a final-year Fine Art student at Sunway University College and a native of the Maldives gave an exhibition of his paintings which was sponsored by Gloria Jeans Coffees Malaysia at its Sunway Pyramid outlet recently.

When we started The Circle about eight months ago, never did we imagine how much student talent we have out there. From graphic design, to fashion and flair for the written word, to photography and design we were thoroughly impressed by the work that we received from the various colleges and universities.
